Sofia Cary is a Global Search Expert at Nestlé, responsible for leading the search strategy for the Nescafé Dolce Gusto brand. She supports the LATAM and AOA zones in adapting global search strategies, managing SEO, SEA and retail search projects – in collaboration with brand teams and search agencies. Her mission? To align teams, generate impact and drive visibility and innovation in the coffee category globally.
She began her career in SEO in 2018 at Bluesoft, a digital marketing consultancy where she worked with clients such as Sonae Sierra & Jerónimo Martins, then moved on to WYgroup where she worked with NOS and Sagres beer, and today she focuses on what she is most passionate about: the intersection between e-commerce, search and results.
Passionate about finding the perfect match between users and brands, she believes that search is much more than clicks: it’s about understanding intentions, anticipating needs and turning data into decisions.
